Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately. Cancellation and refund requests must be received by AMIA in writing (e-mail your request dasha@amia.org or fax it to 301-657-1296. By November 15, 2013: Full refund minus $50 processing fee. Between November 15, 2013 and January  9, 2014: 50% refund. After January 9: No refunds will be issued. However, registrations can be transferred to another member of your organization.

Transfer of Paid Registrations Policy

Registrants who are unable to attend the meeting may transfer their registration to another person. Transfer of registration must be in writing and received by the AMIA office by January 9, 2014 or presented on-site. If a member registration is transferred to a non-member, that person will have to pay the difference between the member and the non-member rates.

Online registration is for credit card payment only. If you would like to pay by check, purchase order, or wire transfer, send or fax the print registration form to the AMIA office.

MEDIA REGISTRATION

AMIA invites media representatives to cover iHealth 2014 Conference, January 30 – February 1, Orlando, Florida.

Media registration allows credentialed journalists to cover the Symposium with a complimentary registration and access to the keynote presentations, Scientific Sessions and the Exhibition Hall. Credentialed journalists qualify as representatives of traditional and online media including established bloggers, freelancers and news analysts.

Registration badges will be issued to journalists on site. When on site be prepared to present your business card from the media outlet you represent.
